Yoga & Somatics

With over 20 years’ experience of teaching yoga, meditation and relaxation and 10 years of adding Somatics into the mix, my driving force is to share the amazing gifts these practices bring as widely as possible. These gifts are life-changing and should be accessible to everyone.  Somatics and somatic yoga help you to shake off the shackles of chronic pain and rediscover the profound joy of a moving, breathing, easeful body.

Somatic yoga can also be a powerful therapeutic tool for those suffering from chronic illness, injury or struggling with mental health issues. I have helped students avoid surgery, reduce or stop pain medication, feel empowered to take back control of their body and provided them with the tools to heal, strengthen and look after their back. My Somatics students often report that they are pain-free for the first time in many years.

I express my deep gratitude to all the teachers and students who have made me the teacher and yogi I am.

“After years of chronic lower back pain resulting in surgery and constant painkillers, I have eventually found something that works to take the pain away….this yoga is very gentle but very effective.”
